摘要:

以聚丙烯(PP)和分子量为1000~2万的聚乙二醇(PEG)及增稠剂为主要原料,采用熔融复合纺丝的方法研制出了蓄热调温纤维.该纤维加工成490g/m2的非织造布,在35.5℃左右时其内部温度较纯丙纶非织造布低3.3℃,在26.9℃左右其内部温度较纯丙纶非织造布高6.1℃.

Heat storage PP/PEG fibers which can absorb and release heat energy are melt spun by the composite process which take polypropylene(PP),polyethylene glycol(PEG) and thickening agents as main materials.The inner temperature of the nonwoven(area density,490 g/m 2) manufactured with the fiber is 3.3℃ less than that of pure PP one at about 35℃,and the inner temperature is 6.1℃ more than that of pure PP one at about 26℃.The nonwoven not only has the heat insulating ability,but also the temperature adaptable function.
