基于高频方波电压注入的IPMSM无位置传感器控制Position sensor-less control of IPMSM based on high frequency square wave voltage injection

摘要(Abstract):
为省略内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)无位置传感器控制方法中滤波器的使用,减小系统体积,提高位置估计精度,提高系统适应性,提出一种IPMSM低速无位置传感器控制方法。在电机静止轴系注入高频电压信号,并且将矢量控制周期和高频注入周期分离;通过对高频注入周期前后产生的电流进行采样,经简单的数学运算即可获得含有转子位置信息的正交信号;使用正交锁相环进行位置信息估计;分别对电机进行空载转速阶跃、负载阶跃、带载转速阶跃以及带载正反转4种工况下的实验验证。结果表明:在4种工况下时,电机最大估计位置误差不超过13.5°,平均位置误差不超过7.5°,电机转速跟踪效果好,具有良好的稳定性和低速运行性能,并且避免了高频电流信号提取过程中滤波器的使用。
