pH值对支链甜菜碱表面扩张流变性质的影响Effect of p H value on surface dilational rheological properties of branched betaine surfactant

摘要(Abstract):
为扩大甜菜碱类两性离子表面活性剂的应用范围,利用气泡振荡方法,研究了溶液pH值对支链化羧基甜菜碱(C16GPB)表面吸附膜性质的影响。结果表明:C16GPB分子在酸性条件下呈现阳离子特性,在强碱性条件下表现部分阴离子特性;适宜的酸性环境(pH=5)和强碱性环境(pH=13)中,C16GPB亲水基团在表面的取向从垂直向平铺变化,同时,表面活性剂吸附分子间存在静电斥力,成膜时间长达20 000 s左右;当C16GPB溶液呈酸性或强碱性时,分子间相互作用以静电斥力为主,扩散-交换快弛豫过程控制表面膜性质,表面膜的弹性模量降低;中性和弱碱性条件下,表面重排慢弛豫过程起主导作用,表面扩张弹性模量高达100 m N/m以上,膜强度较大,易于形成稳定的泡沫。
