基于转矩前馈补偿的双永磁电机系统转速同步控制Speed synchronization control of Dual-PMSM system based on torque feedforward compensation

摘要(Abstract):
针对负载转矩扰动造成的双永磁电机系统转速同步性能下降的问题,提出采用观测器测量负载转矩并进行前馈补偿的策略,以减小负载转矩扰动对系统同步性能的影响。首先基于电机数学模型设计了负载观测器,根据传感器测量得到的机械角速度与q轴电流信息准确地估计电机的负载转矩,并结合交叉耦合结构实现了两台电机的转速同步。仿真与实验结果证明:采用所提策略可以准确观测负载转矩,显著减小双永磁电机间的同步误差,大幅缩短双电机调速过渡过程,有效提升系统同步性能。
