紫外辐照丙烯酸十八酯乳液制备疏水织物

摘要(Abstract):
以丙烯酸十八酯(ODA)为单体,以去离子水作为溶剂,O-3,O-9为乳化剂,制备丙烯酸十八酯的水性乳液.以二苯甲酮作为光敏剂,通过紫外光辐照引发,使丙烯酸十八酯的乳液涂覆在PP非织造布的表面并使其固化;考察了乳液固含量、光敏剂浓度、辐照时间对PP非织造布疏水性能的影响;利用衰减全反射红外光谱、SEM、水接触角测量仪、TG热分析对涂覆前后PP非织造布的形貌和结构进行表征和测试.结果表明:固含量15%、光敏剂质量分数1.5%、辐照时间20 min时,PP非织造布对水的接触角能达到130°,并且保持相对稳定.
