椰壳纤维/ES复合材料的吸水性能Moisture absorption of composites reinforced by coconut fiber with ES as matrix

摘要(Abstract):
采用椰壳纤维为增强体,以ES纤维作为基体材料,制备椰壳纤维/ES复合材料,并采用直接浸润吸水法对复合材料的吸水性能进行测试.结果表明:浸泡时间越长,板材吸水越多,但在吸水过程中板材的吸水速率呈现递减趋势;复合材料成型温度对其吸水性能有着高度显著的影响,成型温度越低,吸水率越高;提高成型温度可减少复合材料中的空隙,降低吸水率,有利于提高复合材料的耐水性.
