五剑杆织机引纬工艺设计及纬纱张力研究Design of weft insertion mechanism of five-rapier loom and study on weft tension

摘要(Abstract):
为提高带芯立体织物的织造效率,在分析现有立体织机织造技术缺点的基础上,设计了一种新型的五剑杆引纬工艺。对五剑杆引纬过程的纬纱进行分析和计算,得出多层纬纱张力不均;针对五层纬纱张力不均,基于动摩擦力一致性设计了一套新型共轭凸轮摆杆组合式张力补偿机构,运用Voigt模型建立了摆杆摆角与纬纱张力的数学模型并通过Matlab进行仿真,基于Adams平台模拟共轭凸轮与滚子接触碰撞并进行了运动学仿真。结果表明:五剑杆引纬效率是单剑杆引纬效率的5倍,该张力补偿机构在补偿过程中摆杆运动平稳,从而纬纱张力变化平稳且无波动,此机构能够实现初始张力不同的多层纬纱在凸轮转动50°后其张力达到并稳定在6N。
