稀土Gd3+与超高分子质量PA6的络合作用Interaction between Gd3+ and ultra-high molecular weight PA6

摘要(Abstract):
以三氯化钆(GdCl3)为络合剂,以甲酸和盐酸作为混合溶剂,配制不同络合比的PA6/GdCl3溶液,涂膜制得试样;采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱分析、X射线衍射、差式扫描量热仪和紫外-可见光分析等方法对试样的结构进行研究,并探讨稀土离子在整个PA6体系中所起的作用及络合比对整个体系性能的影响.结果表明:稀土离子与PA6在混合溶剂的溶解下发生了作用,稀土离子破坏了PA6分子间的氢键;络合比对络合能力有很明显的影响.
