辐射接枝聚丙烯纤维制备蛋白质分子印迹聚合物水凝胶Preparation of protein molecular imprinted polymer hydrogel by radiation grafting of polypropylene

摘要(Abstract):
以聚丙烯(PP)纤维无纺布为基体,以丙烯酰胺为功能单体,以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用辐射接枝的方法制备了纤维基牛血清白蛋白(BSA)分子印迹聚合物水凝胶,并用红外光谱仪对接枝聚合物进行了表征.结果表明,聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶被成功接枝到PP纤维上;印迹和非印迹聚合物的动力学和热力学吸附数据表明,印迹聚合物对蛋白质的吸附量明显大于非印迹聚合物的吸附量.接枝率随单体浓度的增加而增大,在单体质量分数为20%时,接枝率达到稳定值;接枝率随交联剂浓度的增加先增大后减小,当交联剂质量分数为2%时,接枝率达到最大值.
