炭黑导电聚酯织物的制备及其性能表征Preparation and characterization of carbon black conductive polyester fabric

摘要(Abstract):
为提高聚酯织物的导电性能,采用一种新型的制备导电织物的方法,即同质涂层法,加入导电粒子炭黑制备了同质涂层炭黑导电聚酯(PET)织物;研究了涂层中炭黑(CB)的含量与聚酯含量对织物导电性能的影响,并对所得导电织物的微观形貌、耐水洗性能、热力学性能、力学性能进行了测试表征.研究表明:所得同质涂层导电聚酯织物的表面电阻可达10~2~10~3Ω,且经过超声水洗后表面电阻不受影响;经过SEM观察得知,炭黑与同质涂层相容性良好;改性后织物的熔点在257℃左右,保持聚酯良好的耐热性能;改性后织物拉伸强度相比原织物最大增加164%,具有良好的力学性能.
